C. Valliappa welcomes chief guest for a function at the Ekambareswarar temple in Chennai. The life-size statue of Pachaiyappa Mudaliar was unveiled at this function. Pachaiyappa Mudaliar’s statue was unveiled by honorable Dr. S. Radhakrishnan on 5th Jan, 1963. Pachiayappa’s Trust Board members see as Dr. Radhakrishnan unveils the statue. After unveiling the statue, Dr. Radhakrishnan had brief yet warm interactions with the Board members as well as C. Valliappa.
